1. Blend in 90g Panna Cotta Premix, 400ml milk and 400ml whipping cream to boil, stirring well with a whisk.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stir constantly.
3. Pour into mould or bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
4. Garnish and serve.
Panna cotta can be kept in refrigerator for up to 3 days
